Finally, finally, finally winter is starting to come to an end in Bulgaria. Cold weather here can be the most depressing thing in the world. Wahooo.... I am really tired but I do want to share about going to the Zoo with my colleagues. That will have to wait for tomorrow though because again I am really tired.
Just want to say happy holidays to all the African Americans across the world!!! We are a great and unique group of people because of our rich history has given us the tenacity to overcome struggles that would keep any group of people from striving. I am proud to be African American. I am proud that my ancestors are of African descent. And I am proud to carry on the torch that they have passed down to me to continue to press for equal rights for all Human Beings regardless of race, color, or economic status. This month serves as a reminder of how far we have come and how far we have to go….
I also want to speak to people of African descent not only in the Americas but all over the world!!! We ROCK!!!! We Strive!!!! We ARE!!!!
